YARD OF THE MONTH
The purpose of the HCCC Yard of the Month Program is to recognize neighbors who demonstrate above-average efforts in maintaining their property, thereby contributing to the overall appearance of the community at large.
The Criteria for Selection:
1. Home exterior well maintained
2. Maintenance of the visible fence and gate
3. Yard and hedges neatly trimmed and cut
4. Absence of brown and yellow spots on lawn and shrubs neatly trimmed
5. Live planted or pot flowers
6. Yard and curb free from trash and debris
7. Driveway free of non operating vehicles
8. Garbage cans stored away from the front of the home
