Warm greetings and thank you for visiting our website. As President of the Hiram Clarke Civic Club, I am pleased to lead our community protection and preservation efforts in collaboration with the fellow elected officers and long-serving community activists. For more than 50 years, the Hiram Clarke Civic Club has played a vital role in protecting homeowner interests and fighting all actions and proposed action which would result in the degradation of our community. The Hiram Clarke Civic Club represents the interests of Brentwood and Pamela Heights.

My philosophy is that it is always better to make a friend than make an enemy. In keeping with concept, I will work all community members to try to resolve disputes at the lowest possible level and as diplomatically as possible. However, it is imperative that all neighbors comply with the deed restrictions in order to keep our community as a safe and desirable place to live and raise a family. Therefore, I plan to work with my peers to take progressive measures deemed necessary in those unfortunate cases where neighbors refuse to do their parts in maintaining the long-established standards of our community.

I strongly believe in the concepts of teamwork, listening, and synergy. The whole is greater than the sum of its parts. Thus, motivating people of good will to work together on the common cause of protecting our community is among my top priorities. If you are looking for a great place to live, I believe that you will find our central location, parks, and wonderful neighbors very appealing.  

As always, please be sure to attend your civic club meetings every 3rd Tuesdays, at Hobby Elementary @ 6:30. We are still collecting dues, so please be sure to pay your dues. Dues help us to maintain a first-class neighborhood. They can be given directly to your block captains, brought to civic club meetings or mailed to:
